We are usually fulfilling positions in three different areas. Click the area below that fits your interest.
Our Sales Team provides the most opportunity, both in terms of income and promotion. It also is the most challenging. Because we are a full service marketing company we are able to offer small businesses a variety of options to meet their needs. Our Sales Team are employees, not subcontractors.
Compensation: Our Sales Position is commission based. About 50% of the product mix we offer pays out the commission in full, up front and the other 50% is ongoing residual commission. This creates a nice mix were sales reps can both earn enough to support themselves right away and build up a nice residual base at the same time.
Promotion: There are two different opportunities for promotion. The first is as a Sales Team Manager for Southern California. Currently or CEO handles this role and we are looking to promote a top rep into this position. The second is as a location lead in opening up new markets.
Schedule: There is training every morning at the office from 8:30 – 9:00 am. Reps are required to be at a minimum of three trainings a week. Reps are able to work from the office to pursue email and phone opportunities, but need to be in the field three days a week.
Training: There is both initial training and ongoing. The ongoing training is very important because we offer such a wide variety of services. The initial training is a one week period. The first two days are spend shadowing and day three and four are spend pitching / alternating with a trainer. Your fifth day is typically solo.
Travel: No one is required to travel, but opportunities regularly arise for sales trips to other markets.
Uniform: Two shirts will be provided. They cost $15 after that.
We are well aware of the common sales strategy of hiring 10 people a day and hoping you keep a couple. A high turnover rate and a low success rate is all too common. This is not our goal. We want to create an environment that people love and a real opportunity to grow a career here. We have just recently started hiring for sales and will continue to strive to be the best option for good reps.
